摘要
前列腺癌(PCa)是男性泌尿生殖系统肿瘤中发病率最高的一种癌症,病死率仅次于肺癌,近几年我国PCa的发病率呈现显著增高趋势,成为威胁男性健康的一个主要因素。PCa肿瘤标记物的研究与应用是早期诊断PCa、降低死亡率和提高患者生存质量的关键。本文对几种前列腺癌特异性抗原最新研究进展加以综述,希望对临床医生有一定的参考作用。
Prostate cancer(PCa)is the most prevalent cancer among male genitourinary tumors and is second only to lung cancer in terms of death rate.The incidence of PCa in China has shown a significant increase in recent years,becoming a major factor threatening men’s health the research and application of PCa tumor markers is the key to early diagnosis of PCa,reducing mortality and improving the quality of patient survival.This article reviews the latest research progress of several prostate cancer-specific antigens,hoping to be a reference for clinicians.
