摘要
目的观察二甲双胍联合辛伐他汀治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者对血糖的影响。方法选择我院2020年12月—2021年12月临床收诊的非酒精性脂肪性肝合并2型糖尿病患者共计72名,以随机分组法分设常规组、实验组予以不同药物治疗。常规组应用单一用药法(二甲双胍),实验组应用联合用药法(二甲双胍联合辛伐他汀)。对比两组治疗前后对象血糖指标、治疗前后肝功能和血脂指标和临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组对比血糖指标、肝功能和血脂指标(P>0.05)。治疗后,相较常规组,实验组患者血糖指标、肝功能和血脂指标更低(P<0.05)。相较常规组,实验组临床治疗效果更高(P<0.05)。结论面对非酒精性脂肪性肝病并2型糖尿病人的临床治疗选择二甲双胍、辛伐他汀联合应用能积极改善患者血糖,阻止肝脏病变病情恶化,减轻机体胰岛素抵抗,建议使用。
Objective To observe the effect of metformin combined with simvastatin on blood sugar in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods a total of 72 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver combined with type 2 diabetes were selected from our hospital during the period of 2020-2021.The routine group was treated with single drug(metformin),and the experimental group was treated with combined drug(metformin combined with simvastatin).The blood glucose index,liver function and blood lipid index and clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results before treatment,the indexes of blood glucose,liver function and blood lipid were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of blood glucose,liver function and blood lipid in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Compared with the routine group,the clinical therapeutic effect of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion the combination of metformin and simvastatin can improve blood glucose in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and type 2 diabetes.
