宽温度适应性的高峰值功率人眼安全激光器 被引量:1

An Eye-Safe Laser of High Peak Power With Wide Range Temperature

摘要 介绍了一种宽温度工作MW级峰值功率人眼安全激光器。采用半导体激光交叉泵浦Nd∶YAG 1.06μm激光器作为泵浦源,内腔泵浦非临界相位KTP光参量振荡器实现人眼安全激光输出。激光器性能测试结果表明,在工作频率为5 Hz时,激光平均输出能量56mJ,脉宽为2.02 ns,峰值功率达到28 MW,激光发散角约为5 mrad。在-45~65℃环境条件下,激光能量变化优于3.8%,在高低温环境下能长时间工作。该激光器结构紧凑、可靠性高,目前已工程化应用于激光测距、激光成像中。 The eye-safe laser is introduced with a wide temperature working and MW-level peak power.The semiconductor laser cross-pumped Nd∶YAG 1.06μm laser is used as the pump source.The eye-safe laser output is realized by an intracavity pumped non-critical phase KTP optical parametric oscillator.The laser performance test results show that when the frequency is 5 Hz,the average laser output energy is 56 mJ,the pulse width is 2.02 ns,the peak power reaches 28MW,and the laser divergence angle is about 5 mrad.Under the environmental conditions of-45~65℃,the laser energy changes by 3.8%,and it can work for a long time in the high and low temperature environment.The laser has a compact structure and high reliability.The device has been produced nationwide.It has been engineered to be used in laser ranging and laser imaging.
