摘要
介绍了摆线齿轮在齿轮传动和减速器产品中的应用,摆线齿轮常用的加工方法;详述并总结摆线齿轮成形磨削加工的一般流程;针对具体的加工齿轮,重点研究并推导成形法磨削时,砂轮截形的计算过程和方法;最后通过机床的实际磨削加工,对加工后摆线齿轮进行精度测量,针对实际磨削加工情况,对后续砂轮修形以及误差补偿提供了具有通用性的指导方法,为摆线齿轮的磨削加工及应用方面提供了指导和借鉴。
The application of cycloidal gear in gear transmission and reducer products and the common processing methods of cycloidal gear are introduced.The general process of cycloidal gear forming grinding is described and summarized in detail.Mainly studies and deduces the calculation process and method of grinding wheel section in the process of forming grinding for the specific gear.Finally,through the actual grinding of the machine tool,the precision of the processed cycloidal gear was measured.According to the actual grinding process,a universal guiding method was provided for the subsequent grinding wheel modification and error compensation.The research on the cycloidal gear grinding and its application has certain guidance and reference significance.
