摘要
以苯乙烯-乙烯-丙烯-苯乙烯(SEPS)三嵌段共聚物作为基体树脂,以丙烯基聚烯烃弹性体(简称弹性体)作为改性材料制备热熔压敏胶。考察了弹性体/SEPS的共混体系与增黏树脂的相容性对热熔压敏胶的初粘性和低温柔性的影响,并探讨了弹性体的用量对热熔压敏胶粘接性能和耐紫外线老化性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着弹性体用量的增加,所制得的热熔压敏胶初粘性和低温柔性降低;当弹性体用量为SEPS的1/2时,所制备的热熔压敏胶50℃时片材与片材的剥离强度以及紫外线老化处理后与后浇混凝土的剥离强度处于最大值。
The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive was prepared with styrene-ethylene-propylenestyrene(SEPS) triblock copolymer as matrix resin and propylene-based polyolefin elastomer(abbreviated as elastomer)as modified material. The influence of the compatibility between elastomer/SEPS blend system and tackifying resin on the initial adhesion and low temperature flexibility of hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive was investigated,and the effects of the amount of elastomer on the adhesion property and UV aging resistance of hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive were discussed. The research results showed that the initial adhesion and low temperature flexibility of the prepared hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive decreased with the increase of the amount of elastomer. When the amount of elastomer was 1/2 of SEPS,the peel strength of the prepared hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive between sheets at 50 ℃,as well as the peel strength after ultraviolet aging treatment with post cast concrete reached the maximum value.
