摘要
高校建档立卡毕业生由于受到主客观因素影响,就业竞争力弱,加之日益严峻的就业形势,他们的就业问题尤为凸显。提升建档立卡毕业生就业能力,从而实现"一人就业、全家脱贫",事关高校就业工作的顺利开展,事关贫困家庭脱贫,阻断贫困的代际传递,从而尽快实现全面建成小康社会的伟大目标。高校建档立卡毕业生就业能力提升帮扶研究可以看成国家精准扶贫战略的一个分支,以桂林理工大学为例进行研究,为其他高校提供参考,帮助更多建档立卡毕业生就业,加快脱贫步伐,具有一定现实意义。
College file card graduates due to the main objective factors,weak employment competitiveness,coupled with the increasingly severe employment situation,make their employment problems particularly prominent.By improving the employ ability of the employment of the establishment card,so as to achieve"one person employment,the whole family out of poverty",it is related to the smooth development of employment in colleges and universities,it is related to poor families out of poverty,blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty,so as to achieve the great goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way as soon as possible.The research on the employment ability of college file-building card graduates can be regarded as a branch of the national precision poverty alleviation strategy,taking Guilin Polytechnic University as an example to provide reference for other colleges and universities,helping more file-building card graduates to find employment,speed ingests the pace of poverty alleviation,which has realistic research significance.
