摘要
高价值电子装备的微波组件具有明显的规模定制特征。为了在变批量、多品种制造下实现与规模化生产相接近的质量和效率,须全面提升微波组件的柔性制造能力。分析了自动化装配/测试、人工作业、技术状态控制、计算机辅助排程及调度等柔性制造能力提升的关键业务维度,研究了高质量工艺数据需求,提出了以"数据—控制—集成"为特征的工艺数据架构,形成了信息系统集成方案。基于此方案,开发了微波组件工艺数据管理信息系统,实现了工艺数据架构与车间执行系统(MES)、计算机高级计划排程(APS)等集成应用。在模板化的标准作业指导书(SOP)支持下,人工作业工序中的产品切换速度提升10倍;通过执行配方的动态加载,自动化工序可在数秒内实现产品切换。规模定制微波组件的高效率柔性化生产得以有效支撑,应用前景广阔。
The microwave components of high-value electronic equipment have obvious mass customization production characteristics.In order to achieve the quality and efficiency similar to mass production under the condition of variable batch and multi-variety manufacturing,the flexible manufacturing ability of microwave components needs to be comprehensively improved.Key business dimensions improving the flexible manufacturing ability,which are automated assembly/testing,manual operations,configuration control and computer-aided scheduling and dispatching,are analyzed.Demands on high quality process data are studied.A process data architecture and information system integration scheme is formed featuring"data-control-integration".Based on such a scheme,the microwave modules process data management information system is developed and integrated well with MES and APS,etc.With the support of the templated standard operation procedure(SOP),the product switching speed of manual operations are increased by 10 times.By the implementation of dynamically loading the"control recipe",only a few seconds are needed for product switching in the automated processes.The flexible manufacturing of microwave components is supported effectively by the architecture proposed,which has good application value for mass customized production.
