地铁车辆车门漏水问题原因分析及解决措施

摘要 车门漏水是影响地铁车辆正常运行的常见问题。通过淋雨实验,明确外挂门和内藏门常见的三种漏水问题,分析主要原因,提出针对性的解决措施。对于外挂门的门悬挂雨檐处进水问题,增加美观板海绵条的厚度,补偿直线度公差;对于外挂门的美观板进水问题,优化打胶工步,保证美观板安装尺寸满足要求,提高端部排水效率;对于内藏门的挡水板进水问题,在焊缝处打胶,并增加安装前检查工序,即焊缝不透光性能。经现场验证,三种漏水问题明显减少,在车门漏水问题处置上提供了有效的解决办法,为地铁车辆运行提供了更高、更优质量的服务。 Door leakage is a common problem that affects the normal operation of subway vehicles Through the rain experiment,three kinds of common leakage problems of external doors and internal doors are identified,the main causes are analyzed,and targeted solutions are put forward.For the water inflow problem at the rain eaves of the external door,increase the thickness of the sponge strip of the artistic plate,as to compensate the straightness tolerance;for the water inflow problem of the artistic plate of the external door,optimize the gluing process to ensure that the installation size of the artistic plate meets the requirements and improve the drainage efficiency of the end;for the water inflow problem of the water baffle of the built-in door,glue the welding seam,and add the procedure of checking the opaque performance of the welding seam before installation.Through field verification,the problem of three door leakage issues are obviously reduced,providing an effective solution to the problem of door leakage which provides the operation of the subway vehicles a higher and better service.
