摘要
涡街流量计是利用稳定流体通过阻碍物产生的交替漩涡与流速的关系来实现流量计量的设备。针对涡街流量计易受到强震动干扰而产生计量误差的问题,提出了一种融合FFT谱分析、自适应带通滤波与数字施密特触发的硬件结构。设计了抗干扰计量算法:首先依据涡街信号固有特征,从计算频谱中识别出有效涡街信号;接着利用自适应带通滤波抑制强干扰的能力,结合施密特触发器整形计数,提升信噪比。实验测试结果表明:算法在30倍以上的高量程比下的测量误差可控制在0.2%以下,且最大可以抵抗10倍幅值的震动干扰,具有较好的实用推广价值。
Vortex flowmeter is a kind of equipment that uses the relationship between the alternating vortex produced by stable fluid passing through obstacles and the flow rate to realize the flow measurement.Aiming at the measurement error caused by strong vibration interference on vortex flowmeter,a hardware structure integrating FFT spectrum analysis,adaptive bandpass filtering and digital Schmitt trigger is proposed.The anti-interference measurement algorithm is designed:firstly,according to the inherent characteristics of vortex street signal,the effective vortex street signal is identified from the calculated frequency spectrum;then,using the ability of adaptive band-pass filter to suppress strong interference,combined with Schmitt trigger shaping counting,the signal-to-noise ratio is improved.The experimental results show that the measurement error of the algorithm can be controlled below 0.2%at a high range ratio of more than 30 times,and it can resist vibration interference of 10 times amplitude at the maximum,so it has good practical popularization value.
