摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识是我国民族工作的永恒主题,其核心内容是“五个认同”,旨在强化民族团结教育和增强民族凝聚力。公共传播具有现代性、公共性、互为主体性和交往理性等特征,它为这一重大课题的公众参与并达成认同、共识和承认提供了有效途径。这种传播面临着自身建设问题、传统传播方式的束缚、网络新媒介场域三个特征的影响、国内外有关因素的干扰等方面的现实挑战。传播的实践策略则包括传播定位的重构、传播多元主体的融合、传播渠道的优化整合、传播话语体系的构建、传播的技术路径、传播的制度伦理建设等方面。
Forging a sense of community for the Chinese Nation is the eternal theme of my country’s national work,and its core content is"five identities",which aim to strengthen national unity education and enhance national cohesion.Public communication has the characteristics of modernity,publicity,intersubjectivity and communicative rationality.It provides an effective way for the public to participate in this important issue and reach agreement,consensus and recognition.This kind of communication faces practical challenges in terms of its own construction,the constraints of traditional communication methods,the influence of three characteristics of the network new media field,and the interference of related factors at home and abroad.The practical strategies of communication include:the reconstruction of communication positioning;the integration of multiple communication subjects;the optimization and integration of communication channels;the construction of communication discourse system;the technical path of communication;institutional ethics construction of communication.
