摘要
土司文化遗产是土司制度运行所产生的系列历史遗迹和历史记忆,是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。因其为中央王朝、土司集团与各族民众共同创造而具有鲜明的文化复合性。其复合性表现为遗产形态多样、地域性与民族性并置、多元民族文化融会、大传统与小传统互渗、传统与现代交融等。土司文化遗产具有普遍价值、历史价值、艺术价值、教育价值和资源价值。其实现路径一是对土司文化遗产内涵和价值再认知;二是创新文化遗产保护理念、模式和措施;三是文旅融合,遗产保护与遗产地社区发展共赢;四是遗产赋能,文化惠民。
Chieftain cultural heritage is a series of historical relics and memories generated by the operation of Chieftain system,and is an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Because it is created jointly by the Central Dynasty Chieftain Group and people of all ethnic groups,it has a distinct cultural complexity.The complexity of Chieftain cultural heritage is manifested in the diversity of heritage forms,the juxtaposition of regional and national characteristics,the integration of multi-ethnic cultures,the mutual infiltration of large and small traditions,and the integration of tradition and modernity,etc.Chieftain cultural heritage has universal value,historical value,artistic value,educational value and resource value.The path to its realization is to re-recognize the connotation and value of the Chieftain cultural heritage;the second is to innovate the concepts,models and measures of cultural heritage protection;the third is the integration of cultural and tourism,heritage protection and the community development of the heritage site are mutually beneficial;the fourth is to empower the heritage and benefit people with culture.
