摘要
蜘蛛抱蛋属Aspidistra是品种较多,进化较快的一个大属,具有药用价值、观赏价值,是研究系统进化的好材料。由于其花难以采集以及营养器官和繁殖器官变异较大,给分类研究工作带来了很大难度。通过整理国内外学者对于该属植物分类学的研究及结合笔者所在课题组的研究,从经典分类学研究、细胞分类学、微形态研究、分子生物学及近红外光谱研究等5个方面阐述该属植物的分类学研究进展,为建立该属植物分类新方法奠定基础,为该属植物分类学的进一步研究提供参考,为有效的开发利用该属植物与保护其野外种群打下坚实的基础。
Aspidistra is a large genus with many species and fast evolution.It has medicinal value and ornamental value,and is good material for studying system evolution.Due to the fact that its flower is difficult to collect and its vegetative organ and reproductive organ have great variation,it is very difficult to do the classification work.This paper collected domestic and foreign researches of the taxonomy of Aspidistra,and elaborated the taxonomic research advances of the genus from five aspects:classical taxonomy,cytotaxonomy,micromorphology,molecular biology and near infrared spectroscopy.This paper hopes to lay a foundation for the establishment of a new taxonomic identification method of the genus,and to provide reference for effective development and utilization of the genus,and for the protection of its wild population.
