摘要
改革开放以来,我国经济结构和社会结构发生深刻变革,社会阶层几经解构重塑,形成了自主意识更强、创新能力更强、流动性更强的知识分子群体——新的社会阶层,并在当前统战工作中占有重要位置。做好新疆新的社会阶层人士统战工作具有重大意义;针对新的社会阶层人士的构成、特征及其面临的挑战,要积极探索做好新疆新的社会阶层人士统战工作的有效举措,以进一步深化思想认识,梳理工作思路,促进统战工作。
Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic structure and social structure have undergone profound changes,and the social stratum has been deconstructed and reshaped several times,forming a new social stratum,which is an intellectual group with stronger independent consciousness,innovation ability and mobility,and plays an important role in the current united front work.In order to further deepen the ideological understanding,sort out the working ideas and promote the united front work,this paper studies and discusses on the great significance of the united font work of the new social stratum,the composition and characteristics of the new social stratum,and effective measures to do well the united front work of new social stratum in Xinjiang.
