摘要
温州海砂资源较为匮乏,其中表层海砂资源几乎都分布在瓯江口门区内外水域,已查明估算的资源量为892.51万t,潜在资源量有3.86亿m^(3);预测的埋藏海砂主要分布在飞云江/瓯江古水道。外海水深80 m的海域可能分布有一定范围的表层海砂资源。瓯江口门区内外海域局部处于航道、码头等范围内,表层海砂资源的开发利用条件中等-复杂。温州海砂资源的开发方面,建议加强对海域内外的埋藏海砂以及水深80米以下海砂资源的勘查力度,进一步摸清海砂资源“家底”;在海砂保护方面,建议完善温州市海砂资源管理相关条例规定等,为海砂资源的保护提供强有力保障。
The sea sand resources in Wenzhou are relatively scarce,and the surface sea sand resources are almost distributed in the waters inside and outside the Oujiang Estuary.The estimated resources amount is 8.925100 tons,and the potential resources amount is 386 million m3.The predicted buried sand is mainly distributed in Feiyunjiang/Oujiang ancient waterway.There may be a certain range of surface sand resources in the offshore area with a depth of 80 m.The sea area inside and outside the Oujiang River estuary area is partially in the range of channels and wharves,and the exploitation and utilization conditions of surface sand resources are medium-complex.In terms of the exploitation of Wenzhou sea sand resources,it is suggested to strengthen the exploration of buried sea sand in and out of the sea as well as the sea sand resources below 80 meters deep,so as to further find out the"bottom"of sea sand resources.In terms of the protection of sea sand,it is suggested to improve the relevant regulations and regulations on the management of sea sand resources in Wenzhou,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the protection of sea sand resources.
