摘要
中东国家是中国日新月异变化成就的见证者,中东国家对中国共产党治国理政理念的解读能够相对客观地反映中国道路的战略性深刻意义。中东国家政商精英、智库学者、专业人士中共观的核心内容包含认识到历史和中国人民选择中国共产党的必然性,以及认识到探索本国道路的关键性。本文聚焦中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来,中东国家对中国共产党治国理政经验的认知与解读,着重对以政党为行动主体的交流实践和以中国共产党为研讨对象的文章报告进行阐释。鉴于中东国家的认知与解读不可避免地带有时代和地域的局限性,为消弭误读,未来中国和中东国家之间需要推进更加全面系统、积极进取的交流互鉴。
Middle Eastern countries are witnesses to China’s changing achievements,and their interpretation of the Chinese Communist Party’s(CPC)philosophy of governance can relatively objectively reflect the strategic and profound significance of the China’s development road.Political and business elites,think tank scholars,and professionals in Middle Eastern countries’views of CPC widely recognize the inevitability of Chinese people’s choice of CPC.And they also recognize the criticality of exploring their own development.This paper focuses on the Middle Eastern countries’interpretation of CPC’s governance experience since socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era.Analyzing is mainly based on their exchange activities of political parties,reports and conference speech with the theme of CPC.Although Middle Eastern countries’interpretation of CPC’s governance experience and philosophy has certain historic limitations and misunderstanding,while more frequent,comprehensive and systematic exchange and mutual learning between China and Middle Eastern countries could cure that in the future.
