摘要
目的:探讨对肋骨骨折合并肺不张的患者实施综合性护理的效果。方法:将本院2018年1月~2019年2月收治的70例肋骨骨折伴肺不张患者随机分为试验组(n=35)与对照组(n=35),两组均予以对症治疗,期间对照组予以常规护理,试验组予以综合性护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:试验组在机械通气时间、正常进食时间及住院时间各项康复时间指标上均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组气管插管、并发症发生率分别为25.71%、5.72%,对照组气管插管与并发症发生率分别为48.57%、22.86%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肋骨骨折伴肺不张的患者,实施综合性护理可促进患者康复,降低气管插管及并发症发生率,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing care for patients with rib fracture and atelectasis. Methods: 70 patients with rib fracture and atelectasis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=35)and the control group(n=35). Both groups were treated with symptomatic treatment. During the period, the patients in the control group were given routine care, and the patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed. RRee-sults: In the experimental group, the time of rehabilitation, normal eating time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of tracheal intubation and complications in the experimental group were 25.71% and 5.72%, respectively. The incidence of tracheal intubation and complications were 48.57% and 22.86%, respectively, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: For patients with rib fracture and atelectasis, comprehensive nursing can promote the rehabilitation of patients and reduce the incidence of tracheal intubation and complications, which is worth promoting.
