摘要
织毕铁路某隧道2015年4月掘进至DK328+082时,掌子面发生拱顶以上煤层坍塌。2015年5月降暴雨,洞内被水淹没,掌子面后方DK328+080-DK328+090段线路右侧拱腰处初支全部破损开裂,大量煤涌出,施工单位对突煤后初支外形成的空洞进行了混凝土回填处理,隧道峻工后通车。2018年巡视发现DK328+093-DK328+103里程段隧道边墙和拱部现多种裂缝部分裂缝出现交叉,而且部分裂缝有逐渐扩大的趋势。于2019年采用陆地声纳法、微分电测深、探地雷达(100 MHz+400 MHz)进行综合精细探查,根据综合探查成果,阐明了拱部裂缝、拱-墙裂缝、软弱围岩中隧道边墙出现水平斜交的裂缝等的成因,指出了具体隐患段落,并给出了处理的建议。
Coal seam outburst above the tunnel took place on working face at DK328+082 in April 2015,much water leaked into tunnel after big rain,primary lining of right hance was broken and much coal leak into tunnel at DK328+080-DK328+090 in May 2015 in one tunnel of Zhi-Bi railway,which had been repaired with amount concrete.And some cracks had been discovered on side wall and vault in DK328+093-DK328+103 part in 2018,which have been enlarged slowly.It was applied that comprehensive geophysical exploration with Landsonar,Differential electric sanding and Ground penetrating radar method.It is described the cause of a kinds of cracks,precise dangerous part and detailed advice about reinforcement according to the exploration data.
