摘要
隧道开挖过程中,周围土体经历不同的应力路径,合适的本构关系对反映开挖过程中土体应力与变形具有重要的意义。本文选取能反映土体结构性和超固结特性的上下加载面剑桥模型进行数值实现,基于ABAQUS软件所提供的UMAT接口编制子程序,利用砂土的三轴实验结果对其进行适用性进行验证,并对本构模型进行超固结状态参数敏感性分析。将此模型应用于过江隧道盾构开挖研究中,分析了盾构开挖过程中周围土体应力、变形以及孔隙水压力变化的影响,结果表明,在水下盾构开挖过程中,开挖面支护压力及盾尾注浆压力会在土体中引起超孔压,降低土体有效应力,从而导致隧道拱顶出现隆起现象。
In the process of tunnel excavation,the surrounding soil experiences different stress paths.An appropriate constitutive relation is of great significance to reflect the stress and deformation of the soil during excavation.In this paper,the super-subloading surface Cambridge model reflecting soil structure and over consolidation characteristics was selected for numerical implementation.A subroutine was compiled based on the UMAT interface provided by ABAQUS software and its applicability was verified by using the triaxial test results of sand.The sensitivity of the over consolidation state parameter of this model was analyzed.This model was applied to research on shield excavation of a river-crossing tunnel.The stress and deformation of surrounding soils and pore water pressure change during shield excavation were analyzed.The results show that in the process of underwater shield excavation,face support pressure and shield tail grouting pressure will cause excess pore pressure in the soil,and reduce the soil effective stress and result to the upward displacement of soil above tunnel vault.
