超大沉井基础施工控制智能感知系统设计研究 被引量:9

摘要 依托常泰长江大桥主航道桥主塔沉井基础,为该沉井基础施工全过程实现“可测、可视、可控”的主动控制目标,针对沉井基础下沉机理、控制方法、各阶段控制重点及分析评估系统进行细致研究。以常泰长江大桥主塔沉井基础主体结构为载体,通过BIM技术将传感器数据、三维地层情况与结构主体进行融合,设计并搭建一套具有直观展示、数据关联、分析研判及辅助决策等功能为一体的超大沉井基础施工控制智能感知系统(IPS)。该套系统可以为有限元的正向理论计算提供对应工况的全套实测数据以便进行反演;通过土压力计一方面对沉井结构动态支撑条件进行探明,另一方面可以对施工过程中力的转移进行实时监测,最后还可以对突沉、翻砂涌土进行预警,实现沉井基础施工全过程的主动控制。通过总结该套系统设计研究过程的主要成果,为后续沉井基础施工控制与监测提供重要参考。 This paper relies on the caisson foundation of the main pier of the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge to achieve the active control goal of“measurable,visible and controllable”for the entire process of the caisson foundation construction.The subsidence mechanism,control method,control key points of each stage and the system of analysis and evaluation are carefully studied.Using BIM technology to combine sensor data,three dimensional stratum conditions with the structure,the main body of the caisson foundation of the main pier of the Changtai Yangtze River Bridge is used as the carrier to design and build a set of intelligent perception system(IPS),with the functions of structure and environmental monitoring,data display,analysis and judgment,assistant decision-making.The system can provide a full set of actual measurement data corresponding to the working conditions for the forward theoretical calculation of the finite element for inversion.On the one hand,the earth pressure gauge can detect the dynamic support conditions of the caisson structure.On the other hand,it can monitor the force transfer in the construction process in real time.Finally,it can also provide early warning of sudden subsidence,sand turning and soil discharge,and realize the active control of construction of the caisson foundation during the whole process.By summarizing the main results of the system design and research process,it provides an important reference for the follow-up caisson foundation construction control and monitoring.
