摘要
天津生态城水系水质水量监测管理系统针对天津生态城在海绵城市建设过程中所面临的地下水位高、水资源短缺、涉水系统信息化管理分散等问题,对生态城河湖水系、污水以及再生水的水量水质变化特征,结合生态城水系协同管控及水系水量水质业务需求,开展水质水量监测管理系统功能扩增提升方案及相关业务系统之间协同调控策略研究,提出监测点位布局优化、实时监测数据集中管控与分享、数据传输网络提升的实施策略,实现水资源优化配置。
The water quality and quantity monitoring and management system of the Tianjin Eco-City water system addresses the problems of high groundwater level,water shortage,and scattered information management of the wading system during the construction of the sponge city of the Tianjin Eco-City.Based on the characteristics of water quantity and water quality changes in the Eco-City,and combined with the ecological city water system coordinated management and water system water quantity and quality business requirements,this study carried out the function expansion and improvement plan of the water quality and water quantity monitoring management system and the coordinated regulation strategy research between related business systems,and propose the optimization of the monitoring point layout and real-time monitoring The implementation strategy of centralized data management and sharing,and data transmission network improvement realizes the optimal allocation of water resources.
