摘要
以波斯菊(Cosmos bipinnata)、百日草(Zinnia elegans)为试验材料,通过培养皿萌发和水培试验,研究不同浓度Cd(0、0.5、1.0、5.0、10.0mg·L^(-1))胁迫对2种菊科植物种子萌发、幼苗期耐性及富集的影响,以期为以直接播种方式进行Cd污染土壤修复提供参考依据。结果表明:0.5mg·L^(-1)Cd处理对波斯菊发芽率产生显著的刺激效应,对百日草发芽率无显著影响;随Cd浓度升高,2种植物发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数显著降低。波斯菊根长、芽长随Cd浓度增加逐渐下降;百日草根长、芽长在0.5mg·L^(-1)Cd处理时未受到显著影响,10.0 mg·L^(-1)Cd处理时幼根生长受到严重抑制,根长抑制指数达到94.74%;2种植物幼苗期(30d)叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量均没有受到明显影响。在Cd浓度为10.0mg·L^(-1)时,波斯菊地上部Cd含量为88.54mg·kg^(-1),百日草地上部Cd含量为211.76mg·kg^(-1),富集系数均大于1。2种幼苗在低浓度Cd(<5.0mg·L^(-1))胁迫下生长基本正常,耐受性较强,在城市Cd污染土壤的植物修复方面具有一定的应用潜能。
Taking Cosmes bipinatata and Zinnia elegans as test materials,the effects of different concentrations of Cd(0,0.5,1.0,5.0,10.0mg·L^(-1))stress on seed germination,seedling tolerance and enrichment of two species Compositae plants(Cosmos bipinnata and Zinnia elegans)were studied by a filter papaer germination method and solution culture experiment,in order to provide reference for remediation of Cd contaminated soil by direct seeding.The results showed that 0.5 mg·L^(-1)Cd treatment had a significant stimulating effect on the germination rate of Cosmos bipinnata,but had no significant effect on the germination rate of Zinnia elegans;the germination rate,germination index and vitality index of two tested species all decreased significantly with the increase of Cd concentration.The root length and bud length of Cosmos bipinnata decreased with the increase of Cd concentration;the root length and bud length of Zinnia elegans was not significantly affected by 0.5mg·L^(-1)Cd treatment,but was seriously inhibited by 10.0mg·L^(-1)Cd treatment and the root length inhibition index reached 97.74%;the content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid of two tested species in the seedling stage(30days)were not significantly affected by Cd stress.When exposed to 10.0mg·L^(-1)of Cd,the shoots Cd content of Cosmos bipinnata was 88.54mg·kg^(-1),and the shoots Cd content of Zinnia elegans was 211.76mg·kg^(-1),the bioconcentration factors of two tested species were all greater than 1.The two tested species grew with nearly normal state under low concentrations of Cd(<5.0mg·L^(-1)),with a strong tolerance to Cd,so they had certain application potential in phytoremediation of urban Cd contaminated soil.
