摘要
近年来,由于国家政策调整,高职高专的学生数量逐渐增多,学工管理的难度也不断增大,如何利用信息化的手段更好地管理学生也成为了近年来的热门话题。现有的信息化管理系统不能满足高等职业院校的需求,经常出现学工管理效率不高、资源不能完全共享、协同工作不完备等问题。通过分析当前高职、高专学工管理信息化管理水平,找出存在的问题,并提出合理的建议,最后结合实际情况,提出适合学工管理的信息化建设思路,达到创新管理理念、提高工作效率的目的,也为其它兄弟院校学工信息化管理提供一定参考。
In recent years, due to the adjustment of national policies, the number of students in higher vocational colleges is gradually increasing, and the difficulty of learning and engineering management is also increasing. How to use information technology to be better managed the students has become a hot topic in recent years. The existing information management system can not meet the needs of higher vocational colleges, and there are many problems, such as low efficiency of academic management, incomplete sharing of resources, and incomplete collaborative work. Based on the analysis on the current information management level of higher vocational and technical colleges, this paper finds out the existing problems, and puts forward reasonable suggestions. Finally, combined with the actual situation, it puts forward the ideas of information construction suitable for the management of learning and engineering, so as to achieve the purpose of innovating the management concept and improving the work efficiency, and also provides some reference for the information management of other brother colleges.
