摘要
本文针对干部人事档案的信息化管理模式,结合干部人事档案管理现状及管理工作中存在的信息安全问题,提出了管理模式中档案信息安全保护的重要性和紧迫性,然后分别从提升档案管理人员的综合素质和档案管理信息系统的开发设计原则两个方面,给出了双管齐下的并举管理措施和设计方案,为干部人事档案的安全管理奠定坚实的基础。
Aiming at the informatization management mode of cadre and personnel archives,combining with the current situation of cadre and personnel archives management and the information security problems existing in the management work,this paper puts forward the importance and urgency of archives information security protection in the management mode,and then combines the two aspects of improving the comprehensive quality of archives management personnel and the development and design principles of archives management information system.The management measures and design scheme realized in this aspect lay a solid foundation for the security management of cadre personnel archives.
