摘要
OA系统是企业常见系统之一,但有很多企业建设OA系统并不太成功。本文提出利用钱学森系统工程思想对OA建设进行指导和应用,利用还原论和整体论有机结合企业实际和OA建设目标,提升企业办公自动化水平,更加符合国内企业的建设实际。实践表明,钱学森系统工程思想可以有效指导OA系统建设。在军民融合的今天,钱学森系统工程思想及其方法论具有巨大的理论价值和实践指导意义。
OA system is one of the common systems of enterprises,but many enterprises to is not very successfulin OA system.This paper proposes to use Qian Xuesen’s systematic engineering thought to guide and apply the OA system construction.By using reduction theory and holism theory,the combination of enterprise actuality and development objective can improve the level of office automation,which is more sultable in domestic enterprises.The practice shows that Qian Xuesen’s system engineering thought can effectively guide OA construction.In today’s civil-military integration,Qian Xuesen’s system engineering thought and its methodology have great theoretical value and practical guiding significance.
