摘要
通过走访本地金融各行业并对各类基层岗位从业者进行问卷调查,了解高职金融管理专业的社会需求,根据金融人才供需状况分析得出专业设置的若干建议。
Through visiting the local financial industries and conducting a questionnaire survey on the practitioners of various grassroots positions,this papergets the social requirements of the financial management major in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the supply and demand of financial talents to get some suggestions on the specialty setting.
