摘要
新修订档案法实施背景下,要积极抓好属国家所有的届期档案开放审核步骤的全过程、全链条治理,着重加强提供利用环节的尾端风险控制。在国家档案事务治理水平日益精进的态势下,为确保正确处理保守国家秘密与开放档案的关系,要求不断提升各级国家档案馆政务服务总体效能。
Under the background with the implementation of the revised archives legal system,we will strive to guarantee the all-round steps in the approval process of the appointed date archives opening to be managed well,and emphasize on the ending risk controls when offering archives to the public.While archives management level is in constant improvement,in order to keep the balance between keeping country’s secrets and opening archives to the public,it is required that the overall govermental service efficiency of national archives at all levels to be improved continuously.
