摘要
随着互联网、信息技术的不断发展,很多问题因网而生、因网而聚、因网而增。一些非主流价值也通过互联网时刻影响着民族高校大学生,而这对民族高校辅导员的思想引领能力而言也提出了挑战。本文进一步阐述思想引领能力的内涵,分析了互联网背景下民族高校辅导员思想引领能力提升的必要性及其结构要素,提出从夯实理论根基、掌握网络新媒体技术、创新思想引领的网络表现形式、提升网络辨识力、熟知网络文化的规律和特点等五项举措着手,提高民族高校辅导员思想引领能力。
With the continuous development of the Internet and information technology,many problems arise, gather and increase because of the Internet. Some non-mainstream values also affect college students through the Internet, which also challenges the ideological guidance ability of college counselors. This paper expounds further the connotation of the ideological guidance ability, and analyzes the necessity and structural elements of the improvement of the ideological guidance ability of the instructors in colleges & universities for nationalities under the background of Internet, five measures are put forward, such as consolidating the theoretical foundation, mastering the technology of new network media,leading the network form of expression with innovative ideas, improving the network discernment and familiarizing the laws and characteristics of network culture, improving the ideological guidance ability of counselors in colleges and universities for nationalities.
