摘要
本文主要从分析信息化条件下医院教学档案管理工作的思考进行阐述。在当前我国医疗水平不断提升的过程中,医院档案管理工作信息化模式的创建是发展的主要标志。在当前信息化发展的背景下应充分地意识到医院管理中存在的问题,加大对档案管理人员队伍的创建,提升数字化档案管理硬件与软件的提升力度,从而保证医院可更好地进行档案管理,促进医院教学档案管理的长远发展。
This paper is elaborated mainly from the analysis on informatization conditions under the hospital teaching archives management thinking.In the process of continuous improvement of medical level in our country,the establishment of informatization mode of hospital archives management is the main symbol of development.Under the background of current informatization development should be awared fully the problems of hospital management,increase of archives management team to create and promote the digitalized archives management efforts in the ascension of the hardware and software,to ensure that the hospital can be better for archives management,promote the long-term development of the hospital teaching archives management.
