摘要
近年来,随着计算机网络技术和信息技术的迅猛发展,"互联网+"、"大数据"、"云计算"等一系列现代化信息技术在管理工作上得到越来越广泛的应用。在此新形势下,医疗卫生事业单位也应与时俱进,充分认识电子信息化建设对人事档案管理工作的巨大作用和重要意义,积极改革、优化传统的档案管理模式与工作方式,围绕信息化构建全新的档案管理工作体系,提高相关工作质量,为医疗卫生事业单位的高质量发展提供内部信息支持保障。
