摘要
急诊超声是快速诊断、评估和治疗急危重症患者的重要影像学方法。在国际上,床旁超声技术已经成为急诊科医师必备的一项重要技能,但在国内急诊超声技术的推广才刚刚起步,急诊超声的教育和培训亟待普及。为了确保安全、规范和有效地普及和运用急诊超声技术,应当把握重点、持续深入地进行培训,培养急诊医生良好的临床实践能力,从而切实提高医疗质量。
The point-of-care ultrasound for emergencies has been widely used in the diagnosis and assessment of critically ill patients for its advantages of convenience and rapidness.Internationally,point-ofcare ultrasound technology has become an important skill necessary for emergency physicians,but the promotion of emergency ultrasound technology in China has just started,as well as the emergency ultrasound education and training.To ensure the safe,standardized,and effective popularization and use of point-of-care ultrasound technology,it is necessary to include this training in regular training programs for emergency physicians,to truly improve clinical practice ability and the quality of medical care.
