摘要
乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴题中应有之义,在一定程度上有助于乡村振兴“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”总目标的实现。当前正处于全面推进乡村振兴重点工作的关键时期,乡村文化振兴也面临一系列现实难点和问题,这对乡村文化振兴提出了新的要求。要坚持因地制宜,发挥乡村文化独特优势;大力发展乡村文化产业,处理好物质文明和精神文明建设的关系;落实人才强农战略,加强乡村文化振兴人才队伍建设;完善乡村公共文化服务体系,构建多方联动的文化治理格局;加大科技赋能力度,强化网络媒介的推动作用。全方位、全过程、多层次地构建乡村文化振兴布局。
The revitalization of rural culture is the right thing to do in rural revitalization,and to a certain extent,it helps to realize the general goal of rural revitalization:"prosperous industry,ecological livability,civilized countryside,effective governance and rich living".At present,we are in the critical period of comprehensively promoting the key tasks of rural revitalization,and rural cultural revitalization is also facing a series of realistic difficulties and problems,which has put forward new requirements for rural cultural revitalization.It is necessary to adhere to local conditions and give full play to the unique advantages of rural culture;vigorously develop rural cultural industry and deal with the relationship between the construction of material and spiritual civilization;implement the strategy of strengthening agriculture with talents and strengthen the construction of the talent team for rural cultural revitalization;improve the public cultural service system in rural areas and build a multi-linked cultural governance pattern;increase the strength of scientific and technological empowerment and strengthen the promotion role of network media.The layout of rural cultural revitalization is constructed in an all-round,whole process and multi-level manner.
