摘要
体育经济产业化、社会化、国际化是现代世界体育经济发展的一般规律。作为新兴经济,体育经济的发展程度是社会发展和国家进步的重要标志,是国家综合实力和社会文明程度的重要体现。新时代发展壮大体育经济客观上要求把发展体育经济摆上重要议事日程,在协调推进生产关系变革基础上提升体育生产力,不断开创我国体育事业发展新局面,加快把我国建设成为体育强国。主要运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等,紧密结合党的十八大以来中国体育经济改革和发展实际,系统阐释和综合探究新时代发展壮大体育经济的三个基本立足点。通过梳理和研究三个基本立足点的现实针对性、广泛性和理论性以明确新时代中国体育经济本质上是对社会主义生产方式的坚持和发展。新时代发展壮大体育经济,必须立足我国社会主义初级阶段的基本国情和经济发展实践,坚持科学社会主义基本原则,始终以体现社会主义生产方式的本质和社会主义共同富裕的制度优越性为总目标,以坚持以人民为中心的发展理念为根本标准,以坚持实现高质量发展为指导和依据。
Capitalization,socialization and internationalization of sports economy are the general laws of sports economy development in the modern world.As an emerging economic model,the development of sports economy is an important symbol of social development and national progress,and the important reflection of the comprehensive strength of a country and the degree of social civilization.The development and expansion of sports economy objectively requires that the development of sports economy should be put on the important agenda,and sports productivity should be enhanced on the basis of coordinated promotion of the transformation of relations of production,so as to constantly open up new prospects for the development of sports in China and accelerate the building of China into a sports power in the new era.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,combining the reform and development of China’s sports economy since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this paper systematically explains and comprehensively explores the three basic standpoints for the development and expansion of sports economy in the new era.Through combing and studying the reality,universality and theory of these three basic standpoints,it is clear that the essence of China’s sports economy in the new era is to adhere to and develop the socialist mode of production.In order to develop and strengthen the sports economy in the new era,we must base ourselves on the basic national conditions and practice of economic development in the primary stage of socialism,adhere to the basic principles of scientific socialism,always with the overall goal of reflecting the essence of the socialist mode of production and the system superiority of socialist common prosperity,with the fundamental standard of adhering to the people-centered development idea,and with the guidance and basis of adhering to the realization of high-quality development.
