摘要
体育产业运营过度中心化、价值不明确、IP保护存在缺环等问题阻碍着体育产业各业态间的良性互动与产业生态系统的健康运转。利用区块链所具有的去中心化、公开透明、智能合约、版权追溯等特性,构建"具体问题→对应特征→解决方式→最终结果"的PCMR模型,可以有针对性地解决体育产业生态系统面临的痛点,并形成以重构信任机制为核心的区块链与体育产业融合的具体实施路径。研究认为:PCMR模型证明借助区块链的核心理念和关键技术能达到重构体育产业供给方式、量化产业价值、凸显版权运营、规范交易流程、实现协同创新的效果,在帮助体育产业重塑内外部信任机制的同时,充分打通和延展以IP为核心的、纵横交错的体育产业链条,最大限度地规避运营风险、提高合作效率,从而实现体育产业生态系统整体的良性循环。但区块链与体育产业融合的具体实践仍处于起步阶段,私有链、联盟链和公有链无缝衔接的合作关系有待持续优化。
The problems of over-centralization of sports industry operation,unclear value and unimplemented IP protection hinder the effective interaction between various formats of sports industry and the healthy operation of industrial ecosystem.Taking advantage of the characteristics of the blockchain,such as decentralization,openness and transparency,intelligent contract,copyright traceability and constructing a PCMR model of"Concrete Problems→Corresponding Characteristics→Measures→Final Results",the pain points faced by the sports industry ecosystem can be addressed and a specific implementation path can be formed for the integration of the blockchain and the sports industry with the reconstruction of trust mechanisms at its core.
