摘要
针对目前国内科技期刊编辑独立性不足的问题,提出广义的编辑独立性的概念,从编辑独立性的表现、制约编辑独立性的因素等方面展开讨论,建议科技期刊采取合理的措施保障,以实现和完善编辑的独立性原则,在打造高水平办刊人才的基础上推动世界一流科技期刊的培育。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient editorial independence in China’s scientific journals,we put forward the generalized concept of editorial independence,and discussed the concept from the editorial independence performance to constraint factors of editorial independence.We suggest that scientific journals should take reasonable measures to promote and improve the editorial independence,and to cultivate world-class scientific journals on the basis of creating high-level talents.
