摘要
青年编辑是建设高水平科技期刊的重要力量,因此提高科研能力十分必要,而申请科研项目是提高科研能力的重要途径。现实中,青年编辑申请科研项目存在的常见误区主要体现在4个方面,分别是积累不足、编辑科研“两张皮”、功利心与浮躁心并存以及缺乏团队合作,主要由体制、环境、个人等多方面原因造成。目前,青年编辑科研的外部环境良好,应该充分利用自身优势,积极申请各级各类科研项目。具体来说,可以从积极积累、以编促研、编研结合、回归科研初心、注重团队合作等方面予以改进。只有这样,才有机会在激烈的项目竞争中脱颖而出,进而促进自我快速成长。
Young editors are the driving forces in reserve and maintenance of scientific and technological periodicals development.Therefore,it’s urgent to improve their ability of scientific research through application of scientific and technological funding and implement their research programs.However,young editors carry several misunderstandings in doing so,such as short of experiences,inability to integrate editing work with research,utilitarianism and restlessness,and lack of teamwork,which largely caused by the system,environment,and also individualized reasons.Young editors are supposed to take full advantages of themselves to actively apply for various research funding with a favorable research environment today.More specifically,young editors could improve their ability in research through accumulating more experiences,promoting research based on their editing work,integrating academic research with the editing work,and focusing on teamwork.Only in this way,young editors can grow up and stand out in the intense program-application competition.
