摘要
近年来,随着对科学研究中诚信意识的不断提高,学者和编辑们对科技期刊论文中图片使用的版权问题越发重视。目前对引用已正式发表的图片所涉及的版权问题已有共识,但是对已公示但未正式出版的图片版权问题鲜有讨论。本文结合编辑工作中图片使用的几种现象及其所涉及的版权问题进行解析,重点讨论预印图片、学术报告图片以及公司产品图片等已公示但未正式出版图片的使用版权问题,旨在解决已公示但未正式出版的图片版权问题,结合版权规范提出具体的处理意见,以供同行参考。
In recent years,due to the increasing awareness of integrity in scientific research,the copyright of pictures in scientific journals has been paid more and more attention by scholars and editors.At present,there is a consensus on the copyright issues regarding citation of published pictures,but there is little discussion on the copyright issues of unpublished pictures.Therefore,several phenomena of the citation and copyright issues of pictures in editing work are analyzed in this paper,focusing on the pre-printed pictures,academic report pictures,and product pictures of certain companies which have been disclosed but not officially published.This paper aims to illustrate the copyright problems and puts forward suggestions on citation of pictures which have been disclosed but not officially published.
