摘要
校园冰雪运动是建设冰雪运动强国的基础。根据体育强国新的时代内涵,运用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法,分析我国校园冰雪运动的价值定位,探索价值实现路径。我国校园冰雪运动的价值定位是:促进青少年身心健康和全面发展;培养和造就充裕的冰雪运动后备人才,为2022年北京冬奥会做充分的准备;巩固和扩大冰雪人口规模。实现路径是:建构多元化的支持保障机制;建设特色冰雪运动课程体系;建立完善的竞赛体系;建设和发展校园冰雪文化。
Campus ice and snow sports are the foundation of building a strong country in ice and snow sports. According to the connotation of the new era of sports power,this paper analyzes the value orientation of snow and ice sports on campus in China by means of literature research and logical analysis,and explores the way to realize the value. The value orientation of campus ice and snow sports in China is to promote the physical and mental health and comprehensive development of teenagers;training and bringing up abundant ice and snow sports reserve talents to make full preparations for the 2022 Beijing winter Olympics;consolidate and expand the size of the snow and ice population;enhance the soft power of the ice and snow culture.The realization path is: to construct the support and guarantee mechanism of diversification;the construction of characteristic ice and snow sports curriculum system;perfect the three-dimensional competition system;focus on the development of campus ice and snow culture.
