摘要
柔道是一项格斗对抗性运动项目,柔道技术动作分为投技和寝技两大类。大外刈技术动作属于投技技术,在柔道比赛中应用广泛,是得分的优选动作。本文运用了文献资料法、录像观察法、等研究方法,通过对大外刈技术动作的战术运用情况进行研究分析,最终根据有关数据来进行分析大外刈技术动作在比赛中的运用情况及成功与失败因素。本次研究将用研究结果对运动员在使用大外刈这一技术动作时能更好地发挥其战术作用,提高运动员竞技能力,使运动员能取得更加骄人的成绩。
Judo is a fighting and antagonistic sport.The technical movements of judo are divided into throwing skills and sleeping skills.Big outside mowing is a kind of throwing technique,which is widely used in judo competition and is the preferred action for scoring.In this paper,the use of literature,video observation,and other research methods,through the research and analysis of the tactical use of big mowing technique,and finally according to the relevant data to analyze the use of big mowing technique in the competition and the success and failure factors.This research will use the results of the research to show that the athletes can better play their tactical role,improve their competitive ability,and make them achieve more impressive results.
