摘要
冰雪运动也是众多体育运动项目中的一个类型,随着高校公共体育课程的深入改革以及国家冰雪运动资金投入逐渐加大,冰雪运动在近几年来逐渐受到了人们的关注和喜爱,通过冰雪运动,运动员可以从中提升自己的人格品质以及综合素质。所以在当代的高校教育当中,冰雪运动契合人才培养要求,能够帮助学生从此项运动中促进自身能力的全面提升。该文以文献资料法对高校公共体育课教学进行探究,指明体育教学中融入冰雪运动教育的意义,并挖掘高校公共体育课中的教育元素,提出教育元素作为亮点,要不断挖掘并找好切入点潜移默化地融入到公共体育课教学中,提升体育教师的教育意识,提高教育与体育共同育人的能力,为培养学生正确的学习观念做好引路人。
ice and snow sports is also a type of many sports.With the in-depth reform of public sports courses in Colleges and universities and the gradual increase of national funds for ice and snow sports,ice and snow sports has gradually attracted people’s attention and love in recent years.Through ice and snow sports,athletes can improve their personality quality and comprehensive quality.Therefore,in the contemporary college education,ice and snow sports meet the requirements of talent training,and can help students to promote their ability from this sport.This paper explores the teaching of Public Physical Education in Colleges and universities with the method of literature review,points out the significance of integrating ice and snow sports education into physical education,excavates the educational elements in public physical education in Colleges and universities,and puts forward the educational elements as highlights.We should constantly excavate and find a good entry point,and subtly integrate into public physical education,so as to enhance the education awareness of physical education teachers,Improve the ability of education and physical education to educate people together,in order to cultivate students’correct learning concept and guide them well.
