摘要
文章介绍王彦刚以青蒿鳖甲汤合清骨散加减治疗背热经验,背热产生的核心病机为肾阴虚,病位在肾,与肺、脾两脏关系密切,病性属虚实夹杂。肾阴虚虽为核心病机,但在背热发展过程中会出现其它兼杂病机影响疾病的进展和临床表现,在肾阴虚的基础上出现外感风邪、肺部郁火、脾胃湿热、气滞血瘀兼杂病机,但在背热发展过程中肾阴虚始终居于核心地位,故在治疗过程中始终以青蒿鳖甲汤合清骨散加减作为基本方药,临证时根据兼杂病机辨证施药,并附验案一则,加以佐证。
This article introduced professor WANG Yan-gang’s experience in treating back heat with Qinghao Biejia Decoction and Qinggu Powder.Professor WANG believes that the core pathogenesis of back heat is deficiency of kidney yin,the disease is in the kidney,and the lung and spleen are closely related.This disease is intermingled deficiency and excess.Although kidney yin deficiency is the core pathogenesis in the development of back heat,there will be other diseases and clinical manifestations of disease-affected diseases,such as kidney yin deficiency and exogenous wind evil,kidney yin deficiency and lung stagnation,kidney yin deficiency and spleen and stomach dampness heat,kidney yin deficiency and qi stagnation and blood stasis,but kidney yin deficiency has always been at the core position in the process of disease development.Therefore,in the course of treatment,Qinghao Biejia Decoction combined with Qinggu Powder is always used as a basic prescription.In this case,the drug was administered according to the syndrome of the disease,and a case was attached for evidence.
