摘要
文章以典型船舶中压配电网结构为研究对象,在全系统元件正常运行时相互独立的情况下,重点研究不可维修与可维修情况下的系统可靠度、平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)、可用度、停运时间和失效数等,并进行详细的分析与讨论。首先,综合考察各种可靠性分析方法的适用性和准确性,选择利用可靠性框图、最小路集分析法计算并分析不可维修情况下系统的可靠度、MTBF等可靠性指标;然后,简述配电网的多种维修任务类型,并采用最小路集法与蒙特卡洛仿真法相结合的方法计算并分析可维修系统的可用度、停电时间、失效数等指标。最后,仿真算例验证了设计方法的有效性和鲁棒性。
This paper takes the typical structures of shipboard distribution network as the research object.Under the condition that the components of the whole system are independent of each other in normal operation,the reliability,MTBF,availability,downtime and number of failures of unrepairable system is calculated and analyzed.Firstly,this paper investigates the applicability and accuracy of different reliability analysis methods,calculates and discusses the reliability indices by using reliability block diagram and minimums path set method.Then,this paper analyzes some basic repair tasks of distribution network.The minimal path set method and Monte Carlo simulation method are used to calculate and analyze the availability,downtime and number of failures of the repairable system.The effectiveness and robustness of the proposed controller is validated by means of some simulation results.
