摘要
风电齿轮箱输出轴与发电机是否处于对中状态对海上风电机组安全运行尤为重要,文章介绍了风电齿轮箱与发电机对中安装时的对中方法,提出了一种新的对中方案——预调整对中,并通过实例进行详细介绍。
Whether the output shaft of the wind turbine gearbox is in alignment with the generator is particularly important for the safe operation of the offshore wind turbine.This paper introduces the alignment method of the wind turbine gearbox and the generator during the alignment and installation,and puts forward a new alignment scheme pre adjustment alignment,and introduces it in detail through an example.
