船用舱底水转子泵流体激振力数值计算 被引量:1

Numerical Calculation of Fluid Excitation Force of Marine Bilge Water Rotary Pump

摘要 非稳态流动激励是船用舱底水转子泵振动的关键问题,分析转子泵在转驳系统运转时的流体激振力特性,对于增强船舶舒适性具有重要意义。以转子泵凸轮转子为研究对象,基于Fluent动网格模拟方法进行流场分析,开展瞬态时间步加载数值计算,获得了流量脉动曲线。以转子泵泵壳为研究对象,基于Fluent泵壳受力监测,开展了3个方向受力随时间步的分析,获得了一周期内3方向的泵壳激振力变化曲线。研究结果表明:1)转子泵的流体激振力主要集中在泵壳底座垂直方向与水平方向上,其水平方向上受力平均值和标准差最大;2)转子泵与底座垂直方向的激振力主要频率点为136Hz,水平方向激振力主要频率点为91 Hz,均为低频段。 Unsteady flow excitation is the key problem of vibration of marine underwater rotor pump.It is of great significance to analyze the fluid excitation force characteristics of the rotor pump in the operation of the transfer system to enhance the comfort of the ship.the cam rotor of rotor pump is taken as the research object,and the flow field is analyzed based on the Fluent dynamic mesh simulation method.The transient time step loading numerical calculation is carried out,and the flow pulsation curve is obtained.Taking the rotor pump shell as the research object,based on the force monitoring of the pump shell by Fluent,the force analysis in three directions with time steps was carried out,and the change curve of the excitation force of the pump shell in three directions in a cycle was obtained.The results show that:1)The fluid excitation force of the rotor pump is mainly concentrated in the vertical and horizontal directions of the pump shell base,and the average value and standard deviation of the force in the horizontal direction are the largest;2)The main frequency point of the excitation force in the vertical direction between the rotor pump and the base is 136 Hz,and the main frequency point of the excitation force in the horizontal direction is 91 Hz,both of which are low frequency bands.
