摘要
针对燃气轮机试验中几何尺寸限制及试验台架承重限制等问题,文章提出了燃气轮机低压转子系统等效缩比试验件的设计方法,用于替代实际结构进行动力学特性研究。利用动力学等效设计原则和相似准则,建立了相似等效简化模型和相似缩比模型,并通过响应面优化方法对模型参数进行优化设计,得到了燃气轮机低压转子等效缩比试验件模型。此方法不仅适用于燃气轮机转子系统的相似缩比设计,对旋转机械的相似缩比设计也具有重要的指导意义。
A design method for the equivalent scaling of the low-pressure rotor system in gas turbine testing is proposed,in order to address the issues such as geometric size limitations and weight-bearing restrictions of the test bench.The dynamic equivalent design principles and similarity criteria are utilized to establish simplified models for similarity equivalence and scaling,and the response surface optimization is employed to optimize the model parameters and an equivalent scaled test piece model for the gas turbine low-pressure rotor is obtained.This method is not only applicable to the similar scaling design of gas turbine rotor systems,but also has important guiding significance for the similar scaling design of rotating machinery.
