Social Economic Security,Self-identified Stratum and Farmers'Sense of Gain

摘要在脱贫攻坚取得全面胜利、乡村振兴开启新篇章的当下,农民获得感是检验乡村振兴成效和农民生活质量水平的新标尺,何种因素和机制影响农民获得感的生成成为具有重要价值的研究主题。基于2019年中国社会状况综合调查数据,以阶层认同为中介变量,分析社会经济保障对农民获得感的影响及其路径。研究发现,充足的金融资源保障、绿色宜居的生态环境保障、充分稳定的就业保障、优质普惠的教育医疗保障、完善的养老保障对农民获得感的生成具有基础触发效应;阶层认同对农民获得感的生成具有社会比较效应。金融资源保障和住房与环境保障还通过阶层认同对农民获得感发挥中介作用。据此,文章提出从强化金融资源保障、人居环境保障、民生保障三个维度持续推进乡村振兴,形塑合理的农民社会阶层结构,进而提升农民获得感。 Farmers'sense of gain refers to their subjective cognition of the process and result of satisfying the needs of social economic security in rural reform and development,and the positive psychological feeling generated after social comparison.It has become a new standard to test the effect of rural revitalization and the quality of life of farmers.This paper analyzes the effect of social economic security on farmers'sense of gain using the CSS2019 data.The self-identified stratum is treated as mediating variable in the analysis.The results as follows(1)sufficient finance support,livable ecological environmental guarantee,stable employment security,inclusive education and medical care,complete old-age security have a basic trigger effect on the generation of farmers'sense of gain.(2)Self-identified stratum has a social comparative effect on the generation of farmers'sense of gain.(3)Financial resource security,housing and environment security also play a mediating role in farmers'sense of gain through self-identified stratum.Therefore,it is important to continuously promote rural revitalization from three dimensions of strengthening financial resources,improving human settlement environment and ensuring people's livelihood,forming a reasonable social class structure of farmers,and thus to improve farmers'sense of gain.
