摘要
伴随职业教育改革的不断深化,为适应和满足企业发展需要,需培育实践型与理论型相结合的优秀人才。以吉林师范大学旅游管理专业为例,通过问卷调查与访谈发现,还存在培育目标尚未形成层次递进、课程结构及内容缺乏有效衔接、专业教师衔接重视度不足、学生缺少归属感等突出问题。提出制定合理化人才培养目标;课程体系一体化衔接,"模块+层次"协同发展;教师定期培训,增强衔接意识;提高对学生关心度,增强学生归属感等建议。加强中职与应用型本科之间有效交流沟通,实现"3+4"模式的有机衔接和有效培养。
With the acceleration of vocational education reform,it is necessary to train the personnel who not only hold theory but also apply academic knowledge into practice in order to meet the needs of the development of enterprises.By analyzing questionnaires completed by tourism management majors of Jilin Normal University and giving them interviews as well,it is found that there are still some acute problems:the goal of the training hasn’t been established in stages;the curriculum content doesn’t maintain continuity;the teachers don’t attach great importance to the continuity between secondary vocational education and undergraduate education;the students don’t have a sense of belonging.Thus some strategies towards those problems have been proposed as follows:establishing attainable goals of the personnel training;integrating the curriculum system of secondary vocational education with that of the undergraduate education and maintaining the continuity as well as facilitating the coordination between the three modules and the levels of secondary vocational students and the undergraduates;making the teachers receive the training at regular intervals and raise their awareness about continuity;showing more concern for the students and heightening the students’sense of belonging;facilitating the effective communication between secondary vocational education and applied undergraduate education to ensure the continuity between them and the training mode of three-year secondary vocational education and fouryear applied undergraduate education.
