摘要
本文采用Abaqus对高弹性联轴器进行性能分析,橡胶材料超弹性特征选用Yeoh模型,通过橡胶试样试验数据得到合理的联轴器橡胶部分的材料参数。对某型号高弹性联轴器分别在法兰径向加载18毫米和扭转加载0.28弧度的仿真分析,在仿真计算过程中应用获得的橡胶材料参数,分析结果显示,静态径向刚度和扭转刚度与试验结果基本相符合,表明本文采用的仿真分析方法对高弹性联轴器的设计具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,Abaqus is used to analyze the performance of highly flexible couplings,and Yeoh model is chosen for the super elastic characteristics of rubber material.The reasonable material parameters of couplings’rubber are obtained from the test data of rubber samples.The simulation analysis of 18 mm radial loading and 0.28 radian torsion loading on the flange for a certain type of highly flexible coupling is carried out.In the process of the coupling’s simulation calculation,the obtained rubber material parameters are used for simulation calculation.The analysis results show that the static radial stiffness and torsional stiffness are basically consistent with the test results,and it indicates that the simulation analysis method adopted in this paper has certain guiding significance for the design of highly flexible couplings.
