摘要
后桥衬套是汽车底盘系统中重要的零部件之一,其压出力是关键的性能评价指标。结合扭力梁后桥的结构特点,创新设计了一种操作简便、易携带的后桥衬套压出装置;在压出装置的测力杆上,利用T型应变片搭建惠斯通全桥电路,实现了后桥衬套的压出力测量。实验表明:设计的测量方法与装置不仅能够完成后桥衬套的压出力测量,同时能测量后桥衬套的压入力,具有广泛的使用价值与应用前景。
The rear axle bushing is one of the important components in the automotive chassis system,and itspress-out force is an important performance evaluation index.A simple and easy-to-carry rear axle bushing press-out device is designed in combination with the structural characteristics of the torsion beam rear axle.With the force-measuring rod of the press-out device,a Wheatstone full-bridge circuit is built with T-shaped strain gauges,and the extrusion force measurement of the rear axle bushing is realized.The measurement method and device designed can not only complete the measurement of the press-out force of the rear axle bushing,but also record the press-in force of the rear axle bushing.
