微信课堂派在护理学基础教学中的应用探索

摘要 目的:探讨"微信课堂派"在护理学基础教学中的应用及效果。方法:采取整群抽样的方法,从本院2017级护理专业14个高职普招班中抽取两个班为观察组(115人),使用"课堂派"进行课堂教学及管理;抽取两个班为对照组(116人),使用传统教学方法,比较两组学生的考核结果,分析观察组对新教学方法的满意度。结果:观察组学生理论考核成绩优于对照组(P=0.016),两组学生操作考核成绩无显著差异(P=0.155),观察组学生大部分对使用"课堂派"教学表示满意,希望继续使用该教学方法。结论:将微信课堂派应用于护理学基础教学中,可取得良好的教学效果,希望在后期的应用中能开发出更实用的功能,促进学生全面的提高。 Objective:To explore the application and effect of"Wechat Ketangpai"in nursing basic teaching.Method:Taking a whole group sampling method,two classes(115)were selected from 14 classes in the 2017 grade nursing higher vocational,and classroom teaching and management were used as"Wechat Ketangpai";Two classes were in the control group(116),using traditional teaching methods.Comparing the assessment results of the two groups of students and analyzing the satisfaction of the observation group to the new teaching method.Results:The theoretical results of the students in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P=0.016).There was no significant difference in operating results between the two groups(P=0.155).Most of the students in the observation group were satisfied with the use of"Ketangpai"teaching and hoped to continue using this teaching method.Conclusions:The application of WeChat Ketangpai to the nursing basic teaching can achieve good teaching results.It is hoped that more practical functions can be developed in the future to promote students’progress.
