摘要
改革同等学力人员申请硕士学位办法是当前医学教育改革的重点内容之一,但我国各高校在职临床医师以同等学力申请硕士专业学位的做法亟需规范。2016年,广州中医药大学率先行动,改革同等学力硕士专业学位招收条件,把好入口关,创新符合在职医师特点的培养模式,强化学位论文质量管理,实施"两段式"管理,保障同等学力研究生教育质量,畅通临床医师以同等学力申请医学硕士专业学位的渠道,为全国同行提供了改革样板,促进规范发展。
It is one of the key contents of the current medical education reform to reform the method of Clinicians applying for master’s degree as coequal educational level.However,the practice needs to be standardized.In 2016,Guangzhou University of Chinese medicine took the lead,reformed recruitment standards,innovatived training mode according to clinicians’learning needs,strengthened the quality management of dissertations,implementationed of two-stage management,to ensure the quality of graduate education with the same educational level,and smoothen the application of medical master’s degree by clinicians with the same educational level.It provides a reform model for universities,and promotes Standardized the development.
